She also supports companies in their strategies for relocating outside of France and the European Union, with a deep understanding of international law and the regulations governing capital transfers.

Before co-founding T&F - Associés, she led her own law firm, working both in advisory and litigation in international labor law, business law, and immigration law. Her expertise led her to manage complex disputes and assist clients in their interactions with public authorities.

Her career began at major financial institutions, including BNP Paribas and BRED, where she held compliance roles, developing a deep expertise in anti-money laundering and risk analysis. Her experience in capital transfers to the EU and her in-depth knowledge of financial intelligence services make her a strategic partner for her clients.

She also has substantial experience in labor litigation, having assisted executives in their departure negotiations, both amicable and contentious. Her roles at AXA PJ and MATMUT Protection Juridique allowed her to refine her skills in legal portfolio management, contract drafting, and negotiation for both individuals and businesses.

With dual qualifications in business law and corporate taxation, Nibesse FOFANA combines technical expertise and rigor, providing tailored and strategic support for the most demanding clients. She has cross-disciplinary legal skills with a comprehensive understanding of international law.

She was also appointed as the Director of Legal Affairs and International Relations for the Autonomous District of Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire). Through this role, she worked on high-stakes projects in infrastructure and energy in an international context, contributing to legal structuring and the development of strategic partnerships.

Additionally, she served as the Chief of Staff to the Special Advisor to the President of the Republic, where she managed complex cases and contributed to the legal structuring and development of strategic partnerships for public administration.
